Hi po, Sir! I just finished my final examination sa Transfer and Business Taxation kanina, and i just want to thank you po sa tulong niyo po sa mga videos niyo this sem. I really learned a lot po. After ko nga pong nakita 'yung result ng exam ko kanina e pangalawa po kayo sa mga sobra kong pinasasalamatan kanina 😁 Thank you po for helping so many students. Pag sinabi mong over the counter, it simply means you sold the shares directly to a buyer. applicable yan sa mga closely held or unlisted companies. if clear na domestic corp., yes, CGT of 15% provided the seller is individual or DC.
