Been playing a Hela, ghost rider, helcat deck all week and been winning so much it’s been great

5:20 it was better to play blade + samurai instead of blade + coleen
I made a deck very similar this week. As I don't have modok I put iron man. Instead of stature I have odin. Lady sif as I don't have samurai cuts mostly apocalypse but if she cuts odin that's fine... eventually ghost rider could bring 2 cards. In the meantime morbius will be buffed with iron man. The other lane is dracula with crazy cow and wolverine or some swarms..
The second game math was sick
I play a lot of discard. He nailed it with taking the whole game. Knowing how to balance power is the key to this deck. It is a winner. Daken for swarm is a good sub, it makes blade more viable

if you're into discard, he's a must have, not a lot of meta relevance but a whole lot of fun

@@him2674 I have tried to play a regular dracula dump style deck, but in this Meta you need Modok to discard. Facts.
I don't either, so I used He'll Cow which is the great value version of MODOK. It has come in clutch for me to make sure I only have Apo for Dracula when I only have 2 or 3 cards on my hand.
Personally, I don't run swarm. I know it lowers the potential power cap but I feel more consistent running Something else (x-23 currently) I don't run into issues of hand size or Ghost rider/Dracula pulling my swarm. Aside that this deck been killing it for me. Thanks for the lay out
could also run black cat instead of swarm to guarantee ghostrider is a 4/12
@mongoosemcmongoose2786 yea, I went that route and it's nice. But again you run into the issue of not being able to ghostride your Apoc or Morbis. It's nice to have options but with discard I think consistency is key. Just my experience

Nah you good, especially with Mobius coming out next week, makes swarm useless.
i think your gamora move deck, but with possibly a prof x / daredevil package, or maybe jean grey / aero could be nasty... whens the last time you revisted that deck?

07:15 can someone ELI5 to me? invisible woman and dracula both "work" at the end of the game right? and molt had the priority so i would think dracula goes first, then invi woman, then shadow king. or is a hard rule that invisible woman always goes first so that cards under her flip before other "at the end of the game" effects trigger?
End of the game and turn 6 are different phase, the opponent got the priority in the turn 6 due to Iron Man so they after turn 6 their invisible revealed forst
It is a hard rule that Invisible Women/Dark Dimension go before Dracula. Dracula even goes after Captain Marvel calculates her "winning location" move and can bring back wins over her. Dracula is pretty busted in that sense. That is why cards like Lady Deathstrike are so "powerful" because it is one of the very few Dracula counters. The biggest challenge with Dracula is ensuring he discards something with a lot of power. MODOK helps, but locations and cards like Maximus/Crystal can screw up your calculations.

are you saying that if opponent DIDN't have priority, dracula would then go first, and only then woulud shadow king reveal?
going by your logic, it doesn't look like molt ever loses priority as his nameplate glows from the start of turn 6 until the rewards screen.
@@NateisJung I'm pretty sure Captain Marvel vs Dracula all depends on which was revealed first. It makes sense they would just make a hard rule for the things that keep your cards covered because then there's another check for end of game effects afterwards. EDIT: You can see at 18:10 of this video actually, Drac triggers first.

The only reason I actually want to play this deck is because I never use ghost rider and I have a cool variant I want to use ghost rider
There is pretty good deck with samurai blade darkhawk iron man and ghost rider. Because samurai always discards either iron man or darkhawk and you bring then back with ghost rider
Want to tru the deck but any swap for colleen dracula silver samurai stature and ghost rider

probably lady sif, one more enabler to hit apocalypse and one less enabler for stature but shouldn't hurt the effectiveness of the deck too much

Something about this game makes me mad. I just made this deck played 7 matches lost all 7 matches and the first literal 3 opponents had cosmo and enchantress fourth match was a complete hard counter to a discard deck and the last 3 matches I just couldn’t draw what I needed

Invisible woman interaction vs dracula is confusing. If she's placed later on, shouldn't she make the hidden cards reveal after dracula discards something? Cap marvel for instance, if captain marvel is placed later on, she'll check after
Isn't it cuss on reveal effects always happen first and draculas effect isn't an on reveal.

How about against the most annoying high evo deck right now? Hows it performing against that?
honestly not too bad, especially if you are able to hit swarm and getmorbius and dracula down. it give you the ability to spread power, when most of the HE decks have big final turns, you can generate power on all locations without needing doom
Simple. As soon as I see High Evo, I escape.
14:55 couldn’t you have guaranteed with Modok mid and blade right? Apocalypse would have been at 16 +8 no way they add that much power left

I like to call it Monkey Surprise
That’s like bounce, without bouncing, except Kitty, who your bouncing off’a Angela consistently when things work. If you beast a bunch of 1’s & 2’s you can dump so many cards so the monkey goes OFF!
@MisterBadman haha yes! People always snap way too early and get confused on turn 6 usually lol
Any replacemente for stature ?
thats a tough one, maybe a nebula or sunspot since some turns are skipped, or even a storm to play and then put drac or morb on

I’ll be that guy. Any sub for Silver Samurai? 😂😂😂 I don’t think any other non listed card does what he does but I guess you can sub black bolt - which messes with the modok play…
I was wondering the same. Blackbolt or gambit maybe? Although I have never been a fan of gambit or moon knight as they always seem to discard the cards I want
@@brydee301 I assume BB is better. But also I think it’s why you have swarm and wolverine for the random discos.
Maybe try it with America Chavez just to improve ur initial draw, silver samurai seems so replaceable anyway

How often do you run into swarm ruining your ghost rider?
not as often as you would think actually

I held off on playing High Evo for a while.. but right now HE control just feels really solid. Been playing that as well as a bunch of different Thanos decks.

Thanos Destroy: Yondu, Bucky, carnage, wolverine, kill monger, venom, deathlok, iron lad, lady deathstrike, knull, Thanos, death
I find the standard Deadpool destroy is better and more consistent but this one is fun too. Always open for new ideas as well!
Also I'm in Infinite now so just messing around with a bunch of decks for fun
