    Here's some of the Parks department's top problematic moments. Whether it's Ron wanting to SLASH IT or Leslie literally kissing her employee, it's here. Did we miss your favourite moment? Good. Because they're all deeply problematic. But leave them in the comments anyway!
    From "Parks & Recreation": a mockumentary series following Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), the deputy director of the Parks and Recreation department in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana. Leslie is determined to improve her small world through her job, despite resistance from Parks Director Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman), an anti-government Libertarian. The series also stars Aubrey Plaza, Chris Pratt, Rashida Jones, Aziz Ansari and Retta.

      For real. He didn't want to kiss Ann, because he's into April, but she kissed him. And he knew he needed to tell April the truth, even though he didn't do anything wrong, and got in trouble. It was fucked up.

    • @sagenebula
      @sagenebula ปีที่แล้ว +25

      @@brolygito What makes it okay / better than other sitcoms, imo, is that the narrative sides with Andy. You're not supposed to think that April is in the right for punishing him the way she does. This is why both Ann and Ron tell her to knock it off (with Ann yelling at April that Andy "really likes [you] and doesn't deserve it" and Ron telling her "if you don't want to reel him in, cut him free" when he sees Andy doing all of April's chores). What April does is fucked up, but that's the whole point: you're *supposed* to see it as fucked up.

If he'd thought a little more about it, he would have given the kid two mines, one for her and the other for her parents.

    Everyone watching this video is going to die at some point and each of you will answer to God for every idle word spoken, deed done by your hands and the motivation behind it.
    Now, the evidence for this is that even if you say you don't believe me, your conscience bears witness that I speak the truth and you know there is a creator to whom you will answer to one day. Are you ready? Your "good actions" you rely on are detestable to God, lest you try to negotiate your way into Heaven. Only by grace and through faith shall you receive salvation.
    Seek Christ while you still can, only He can forgive your sins. Repent and be born again, of water and the Holy Spirit. I say this without judgement and in absolute love when I tell you that Jesus is the light of the world, in Him there is no darkness...
