Hi Ivor, such a Christmassy video, you're definitely one of my favourite channels 🎄 I loved the look of Passau especially at Christmas and the walk you did near the river must have been good to do and it was nice to see the whole area from up high. The Barouque Cathedral was beautiful inside and out, that roof inside was really lovely. Great to see the Christmas markets especially at night with the steaming hot food and the choir neat the end must have topped it off nicely for you ! We only spent a night on this occasion before moving for the last couple of nights in Salzburg on this trip. We do enjoy walking those riverside quays. It is just so lovely with the views all around. The Cathedral is wonderful - in my opinion there is nothing like listening to a choir in a major church. We watched a choir practice in the Church of Our Lady in Bruges. Maybe one of the most magical moments of my life. Not religious or human - just almost other worldly. Wonderful mate, wonderful.

I am so glad you enjoyed the video. Passau is a beautiful little town and yes those sausages are really tasty. We will be heading out again shortly to consume some of Berlin`s best Bratwurst and Mulled Wine. It is cold here but really colourful and atmospheric. After two years of Covid restrictions it is great to be back.

Tonight we have been exploring a very cold, for us, Dresden which was really beautiful, and tasty. The colour and whole atmosphere was amazing. It would be great to live here. We live in the UK and were visiting Passau. There was snow where we stayed the day before and the day after our time in Passau.
Amazing the number of big river cruise boats. Lovely town too. Come for the Christmas markets but stay for the hot dogs. Those wurst looked great. 😂 Another most excellent video Ivor!
