what if the plaintiff took that matter after application in the non competent court?
is it the plaintiff who have to suggest next court, cant court suggest in which court plaint should be presented? i.e can court tell the competent jurisdiction?

Under Rule 10A - The plaintiff has to tell the trial court as to the proper court but under Rule 10B - The appellate court has the power to suggest the proper court as it is stated that, "the court of appeal may ...... direct the plaintiff to file the plaint in the court in which the suit should have been instituted."
