It was too industrial for me. The bathroom with the gold was really nice and the blue and white marble was pretty in the primary.

First thoughts: the house is dope. You can tell money was spent in upgrades. Now I can say from looking at your other videos in that area and based on prices and sq ft, I wish it was bigger. You take away the major upgrades a lot of other homes you’ve showed are more impressive. IMO. ✊🏾

The house is beautiful and that primary bath is 🔥. The only negative is the primary bath is the only bath in house with a rub. What if you have kids who aren't at the age to take showers yet

Water damage to the lower have of the house all around. Bad water supply! Rust water damage in the 1st rest room. Drainage problems in the backyard. Brick wall in the flowerbed area is starting to fall down. The upper lawn??? (Drainage problem)? you couldn’t open the back door all the way? A toilet without a sink to wash your hands? Unfinished basement? Where’s the hvac? Water heaters? Too many issues.
Not water damage, they aren’t finished with the construction on the outside, it’s a special sliding door for the back it opens a different way and it’s sinks in every bathroom
Nice home. I just don't like the balcony. It looks cheap and like an afterthought.
I don't like the house. I don't like the staircase. The floors are ugly, makes the house seem cold instead of cozy.
for a $1.5 mil home the construction is not too great.....Just in this video alone I saw many inconsistent gaps in tile, dirty or yellowing caulk, the marble seams are done incorrectly, the outside back porch rail wire is coming apart or loose....just too much wrong to type it all here.
Yeahh so I don't like the house either. It's too.....square outside. Some of the features are nice, but that where it ends. But hell I can't afford it so let me keep my thoughts to myself and stick to the $300-400k houses. 😂😂

i loathe them floors. Atlanta, is this a new thing for yall? bc why? I've only seen this being done in Atlanta. Electric fireplaces in a new build. Thats just the epitome of cheap build. The developers literally should have installed gas fireplaces.
The electric fireplaces are controlled with the smart system
