Excellent ideas. I'm notorious for asking a quesiton BEFORE the live "What did your pastor preach on today?" Though they answer in the poll they like to comment on it and I read them out loud.
WIth the giveaway tool, I REALLY think it could be improved if it shows the comment that includes the hashtag - that way you can ask a question, a trivia question or test, and the giveaway can picks someone with the hashtag, but you can RE-roll if the user didn't answer correctly! A better way to run actual contests in chat that's a little more than a single random selection :)
@@StreamYard Absolutely. I mean that as a host you could ask a trivia question "What is the capital of the country mentioned in the show?" And anyone who enters the giveaway includes the hashtag AND the answer. Then the giveaway tool simply does what it does now, but ALSO shows the full comment (which includes their answer). If the 'winner' has the wrong answer, you'd just run the giveaway tool again until you land on someone who entered and gave the right answer. The only addition with this is showing the full comment with the winner display. Perhaps the option to display the full comment with the hashtag could be part of the giveaway setup.
@@StreamYard oh, yes, there is! in the video the half screen is blue and on it text...is it done with a "presentation tool"? i am looking for an easy way to inklude text in my live streamings without the "klick" noise of my mouse... i am streaming with stream yard and atem mini pro iso extreme. i would like to save myself the video editing. but i like text from topic points like: 1. xyz; 2. ggg; 3. mmm and so on. so i liked to know how you inserted your text passage in your video 😉

The giveaway tool is a Great tool for getting more comments. My chat knows they have to comment to get entered into the giveaway.
