The original underbody sprayer manifold, which is just a simple galvanized tube, capped off at the end, found at any hardware store, had corroded over the course of 15 years that it began getting holes all the way through. After I got the holes for the nozzles drilled and tapped on the new tube for the original nozzles and got ready to install, I had a thought - as often as the nozzles clog from small rocks falling in, I decided to extend the tube and install a valve at the end. Opening the valve periodically, say, every month or two, will help purge any sediments that collect inside and just shoot them out entirely in one swift go, keeping my nozzles from getting blocked ever again.
Ryko TOTALLY needs to implement this if they haven't already. This saves on the pump and especially the hose that feeds it, virtually eliminating risking blowing the hose out from too many nozzles blocked by small rocks or other obstructions.
