Just so you know, when he says “Will Smith don’t gotta cuss to sell records, but I do, so **** him and **** you too”. Will Smith said during his acceptance speech at the VMA’s , “To all my fans out there, I never killed nobody in none of my records. I never used no profanity, and none of my records, and still, I managed to get up here. Peace.” This was thought of as a reference to Eminem as he was facing a ton of backlash at the time and that’s why Eminem wrote this verse.
Also, when he is running on the street and says, “my bum is on your lips”, he’s referring to Tom Green, a comedian/actor at the time, who actually humped a dead moose in his movie and got not very much backlash for it. All while Eminem was receiving all the backlash from his music.

Christina Aguilera part: She gave an interview on MTV and mused about Eminem's relationship with his girlfriend. That`s why he said „A little bitch put me on blast on MTV...." The interview was completely harmless, but Eminem got extremely pissed about it and started dissing her at every opportunity - just like Britney Spears. At his concerts he always had two rubber dolls that looked like Christina and Brittney and made pretty explicit poses. At some point he also said that he and Dre met every week to think about who they could diss next. They made fun of it. There was a lot going on back then, they wanted to censor him, MTV refused to broadcast his videos - which was basically artistic death at the time.
There were parent groups and politicians who wanted to ban him and protect their children from him. We laugh about it today, but back then it was a serious matter. He reponsed to all of this nonsense later in „Without Me"
