As an Australian man and Railway Enthusiast here in Melbourne, now age 50 in 2020, I first read about the proposed Warm Springs extension in a book, "Transit Maps Of The World", in 2016/17. In that book it showed a map with the Fremont Line ultimately set to reach San Jose in the future. Please lodge a reply here, and if true, when it's likely to happen. Again a great video👍👍👍

If you look at the updated catalog of videos on my channel, I posted just this past June a complete video of BART finally extending into San Jose, but only into the northern part of the city. BART still hasn't reached Downtown San Jose, and won't for at least a few more years.
@@bartfansma By the look of your catalogue of videos, you've done a great job videoing the BART Network there. And I have saved virtually all of your videos onto a Playlist at my own TH-cam Channel, plus others I was able to obtain, to showcase the entire San Francisco Bay Conurbation (San Francisco, Oakland, etc, Santa Clara and San Jose). Your BART videos are a magnificent reference and a great job too. Another Playlist I have features all the current suburban electric train lines and two tram lines, here in Melbourne I filmed between August 2019 and early January 2020. If you see my videos, and you see a description of our city as CBD City Centre, here we refer to central city areas as "CBD City Centre", the same meaning as "Downtown" in North America. All other Australian Railfan Videos by other producers will say the same/similar term should you be able to find other Australian Railfans and videos. Again, you have a good catalogue there, and keep up the good work, much appreciated.
Also have you thought about doing 2 videos at Rachel Nevada why mention this is if you're able to do two videos at Rachel Nevada near area 51 you'll get more subscribers

In 1973 I rode BART for the first time, from Fremont to Berkeley. To think it took this long (almost 40 years) to extend it only 5.4 miles further.
