The halloween satyr weap can only be slotted if you got atleast 4 TA on Fed ring for balance and 8 TA for def awaken to reach 100 TA. The alternative slot over Masala and Satyr weap is Sunya and Celstial Staff/2nd Skeletal, if you have sustain issue you can slot ultima with a heal cap over the wind world harp.
