I found this page on accident during training.... as a member of the Arizona Highway Patrol, this is really a very cool In depth look at the Fire side...
@@waydeanderson5226 in some (FEW) ways, absolutely! I don't need to be covered in anyone else's blood and fire behavior is unpredictable! Bad guys will always be bad.

These wildland fires along railroad tracks are super common in my area as well during the dry summer months. Most of the time they are caused by sparks from a braking train and spread along the tracks until someone notices.
Hey Conner and Eric, great work out in the field and making this video, great job! So could you make a video explaining how to get into being a PIO, do they have to go through that academy class? I have a physical condition where i probably wouldnt pass your physical test, but i still really want a job in the fire service! Keep up the great work! And remember to always stay safe Shoutout from NC
You mentioned high altitude dive training, what is the difference between that and regular diving? I can't believe that it is too different because after you get under a few feet of water would the pressure get high enough that it not matter?
I like how the Frisco Fire Department patch has the St.-Louis-San-Francisco "Frisco" "Beaver Skin" Logo on it. The SLSF is a fallen flag class-1 railroad that is now part of the BNSF railway that runs through here.
Eric & Connor, I would like to learn more about Eric's pre PIO career. I think you have been a fire fighter in the past. Also i would like and I think most others would like to learn more about Kim, her past career pre SMFR. Also could we learn more Kim's current full time career please. I would like to learn more about they department vehicles. I know that Connor will be getting a different/new unit soon. What happens when a company or department responder like PIO's or Fire Marshal/Investigators? I think some vlog's on my questions would be well liked by most every subscriber/viewer. Thanks and remember to be safe every time & all th time you answer a call or attend a training event.
So how did you guys end up getting out to those grass fires? Looked like through the Pioneer lot was probably the best way but I'd be curious to know, if you know.
thank you guys for your service at south metro fire rescue keep up the good work connor and Eric
