I'm mad because i found out some more important lore after the video.
After checking the files a bit deeper I figured out that the GF is actually the real reason that BB is injured and BB is only covering for her because he knows that BF is in love with her.
If BF knew the truth then it would figuratively break BF's heart. Now knowing this new information, i think it makes this much much sadder. I just want to know what actually happened but either way I really liked this mod! Do you know what happened or is there anything i missed?

Interesting observation: During the last song, while BB is audibly singing only one note, he has two arrows for each note. Of course, more notes means the song is a bit more challenging - perhaps, this is to represent how BB's heart problems are making it hard for him to do even a simple song?

I think the reason he has this is because of some birth defect. Usually you need oxygen to be carried by the blood cells to have your heart working well but he probably has his blood cells not work well
@@slendergavan3588 Actually, there's a Google doc with the lore on the game's page after a fan solved it. To sum it up, BB got shot in the heart and killed, and Daddy Dearest revived him - that's most likely why he's got heart issues.

What I'm getting from this mod is that, when bf and BB last met up with each other, they decide to have a rap battle. And during the rap battle, someone came and shot BB in the heart. So the bf call his gf and gf told her dad (or maybe gf was there and called her dad idk) and the dad healed him. But since all of that happened, BB heart has problems with it. Even tho he is alive, his heart has hiccups from time to time cause of the shot at his cheat

After watching for a bit (and forgive me for saying this) Big Brother looks like he smells like a mix of cool but freshly done laundry, cologne, and that new car smell.
You can see the similarities between Smoke Em Out Struggle and this and I love it
