I think Italy is one of best Country in the world if what this young man is saying about Italy is truth. Giving scholarship to refugee, and foreigners, ITALY is accommodating.
Don't take ITALY for granted they are wormed, and loving Nation in Europe.
I have heard so much about the Country because of that I give kudos to ITALY.

I think you are talking about a country you have never been to. Ask blacks in Italy. I have a friend who came to London in 2012, he was born and bred in Italy but his parents were from Ghana. He was shocked when he came to London to see Black bus drivers, Black bankers and Black lawyers. There was no opportunity in Italy for him. That inspired him to become and entrepreneur. Now he owns one of the largest snack brands in UK called Gusto and it supplying snacks to supermarkets across the UK. He is now a multimillionaire

To say earning money is USA vs Europe is like day and night is a total deviation...when it is on record that some countries in Europe like Switzerland and Luxembourg pay higher than the USA.
In my own assessment I think the USA is an over hyped time bomb...

@ How big is Switzerland or Luxembourg, the top earners in Europe? Beverly Hills has more people than the whole country of Luxembourg 🇱🇺 and Los Angeles metropolitan area has more people than Switzerland 🇨🇭.
Now lets me burst your bubble, the GDP of the whole of EU in 2022 was $16T while the GDP of the US was $25T. EU has 450 million people while America has a mere 330 million.

To really make money you have to grow in any system by growing your credit rating so you can have access to loan, with the loan you invest in business and make money. It still boil down to the fact that if you want to be really rich, you have to start a business, no matter the Western country you live, you will save the same amount from your salary because the cost of living everywhere is different. In the US they pay more but you also spend more.

You can make it anywhere. Europe, America, Africa, Timbuktu or anywhere in the world. Comes down to your mindset and what you are prepared to give to make it happen. I have had the opportunity to be all over the world but UK is my home just like the US is yours but to say that one is better than other is a no go. It all comes down to you. I have lots of friends in the US for years that are still crying and lots that are very happy and same here with the UK. Your personal experience doesn't reflects to everyone's. It's all about oneself and what you are prepared to give.

@@vickcyrilYes. The reason there is also more money in the US is that compared to European countries, US citizens pay less tax.
Safety? Everyone in the US carries guns. That's not the case in Europe.
Education is cheaper in Europe, infact, most European countries have free education for EU and EEA citizens up to Uni level and easily accessible scholarships.
Work-life balance, In US you will work and work and work. EU countries encourage healthy work like balance. Most EU countries have anywhere from 20-28 days leave in a year, that's like a month leave.

I don't think so 😇 big man. Europe has a segregated economy, so your earning power in Rome will not necessarily compete with Oslo, Berlin or London depending on his engineering discipline and skills. Dollar for Dollar, the US does not compare to Western European economies. You may have a choice of jobs in the US, but the remuneration doesn't rival those in Europe when you're lucky to find the job.

America aint got shit on europe.
Even communist Cuba has a better health Care system than the united states.
For me i have been living in Germany over 22 yrs and i love it here.
Look at the number of homeless people living in the states who lost everything due to bad health insurance policies or some didnt plan for their social security.
In Europe countries like Germany,France,Italy,Holland,Belgium just to mention a few. The social systems are working.
I know a lot of americans that pay for their healthcare but still most are not given full hospital service when they are sick and need medical treatment.
The American healthcare system is a scam.
Even calling for an ambulance you gotta pay direct cash.
Ask yourself why most american GI' after serving in the army tend to stay here in Europe. They love the freedom and the good service rendered here.
Apart from that the travelling freedom you have here considering Germany sharing boarders with 9 other countries. That is pure Luxury.
Dont also forget the number of holidays 25 to over 30 days you have in a year at your disposal.
You get paid when you are sick or go on vacation.
Its even funny how africans are comparing Western countries with each other and our own native countries are in shambolic and disturbing situations.😅😅😅.

i think people should have understanding of tax system in US. if you make 100k, govts takes between 30 to 35k as taxes and you are left with 60k in year after all deductions...Need to do your research well pls

Living in the USA here, wen u talk about the USA, the taxes and cost of Living vary from state to state, but yes..USA still pays u more money, and the taxes are lower compared to Europe..with $50k, u can still live comfortably in the USA

Your assessment is very biased. We can confirm from your earlier proclamation that even before moving to Europe, you prefered the USA. Therefore I don't expect you to give an objective assessment.
Earnings means nothing when Europe consistently beats the USA in almost all economic indicators. Europe is more developed than USA many times and have relatively better standards of living.
Morever, some countries in Europe like Switzerland and Luxembourg pay higher wages than the USA even with the better social systems they offer...so what is you "day" and "night" assessment all about.
There should be a lot of reasons to stay in Italy, higher wages are not everything especially when cost of living is still higher and uncontrolled like the case of these higher paying countries. Plus, Europe is now borderless and you can freely move to many EU countries in search of opportunities.
It all depends on your own priorities in life.
THESE ARE THE OTHER FACTS PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF !!!
Europe gives a a better standard of living USA provides even with smaller wages, so it makes sense if you don't earn so much.
I LOVE YOUR FINAL REMARKS THO... "Getting a USA visa is much easier when you are in Europe..."
There is another fact 👌... European passports are stronger than that of the USA.

Europe passports are obviously stronger because USA is not on good terms with other countries that’s the only reason. Americans don’t need a visa to come to Europe but y’all need an ETA to come out here which is not 100% guaranteed…
