Tornado Alley Ultimate: Hurricane (Glacier Lake)

After waiting for so long... I finally got my hurricane... And it lasted for a while... I'm not complaining though!

Hurricane is a bonus disaster in Tornado Alley Ultimate, where the player must survive a hurricane that can range from Category 1 to Category 5. It is the sixth bonus disaster added to the game, and was released on July 17, 2020 in part two of version 2.1.
Just like hurricanes in reality, hurricanes can range between Category 1 to Category 5. After warning, colorful blocks will be launched repeatedly across the map in high wind and low visibility conditions. The hurricane's category has a direct relationship with its intensity, meaning that the stronger the hurricane, the stronger the wind, the more blocks are spawned, and the traveling distance of the blocks increase.
Hurricanes generally pose a high threat due to its power, but that threat only increases as it intensifies. Since the map is damaged and is more likely to be destroyed partially or completely, especially after harder gamemodes such as Unstoppable, it can be very difficult to survive hurricanes due to the lack of shelter and the amount of blocks that are being thrown around.
Storm surge, a commonality with hurricanes, is expected to be added to the game in version 2.8, and has a 20% chance of occurring when one reaches Category 5 strength. In this video, you can see storm surge appear twice throughout the storm! It resembles a small flash flood.
