Great video. I'd heard of Ghost Rider but haven't done it yet. I've even been up that road off Cedar Pockets once with a scout group and didn't know that we likely passed the canyon on our little hike. I appreciated how you showed techniques as well. Nicely done!
it is truly amazing how all these canyons are being taken care of all these anchors, deadmens, webbings, bolts etc. I dont see any garbage there.. probably because it is not that much of an attraction like regular hiking trails and campsites. But the level of maintenance is striking to me. This applies to all trails actually I see in all hiking videos all over the Western states. It is not just PCT or CDT it is like any tiny trail is always taken care of with logs over streams, firepits and bag poles on sites etc. )) no reasons to stay INdoors =D

Trash is there, no matter where you go. Some places are worse than others of course. Nope, no reason to stay indoors!
