Try to include jQuery src before JavaScript src, for example in line 3 put the jQuery src and in line 4 the JavaScript src. I saw it somewhere, I think it should work. If it's not maybe you should Google it or TH-cam it.

If you want events offline, you will also need call jquery script: code.jquery.com/jquery-3.0.0.min.js download that and call it into your html
