Theo Bair // From zero to hero, via the analysis suite

A poor goalscoring record in Scotland meant supporters questioned Theo Bair's arrival in August.
One goal in 34 games for fellow Premiership side St Johnstone didn't fill Motherwell fans with confidence or belief that Bair was up to the task of replacing 29 goal man Kevin van Veen.
Fast forward seven months, everything has changed.
Spending time with the analysis department, watching some of the best strikers on the planet, has seen him soar to new heights. Taking bits from strikers like Victor Boniface and Benjamin Šeško, has seen his goal record improve drastically and he has firmly became one of the most important, and exciting, players in the Motherwell squad.

My father grew up in Motherwell, and so, as a boy in Canada, I dreamt of scoring goals at Fir Park. Theo, you are living my childhood fantasy, and I obviously wish you continued success and many more goals to come. It was a thrill to see you with that Canadian flag wrapped around the claret and amber at Ibrox. Keep up the great work, eh? Tactics are everything in football, you can have all the money and facilities you want but at the end of the day it's the nitty-gritty that gets you results. Theo looks to be a very intelligent and articulated player. Wish him the best.

Hey Brad, It's Brian, played with you at Lynwood. I like the Hero part, not the other. I remember you bringing Theo to indoor at Louis Riel dome. I set him up for a goal or 2, he was banging them in way back then. Can't remember but Theo may have been around 14. I've been following Theo since St. Johnston. I email a few of the Royals guys saying Theo scored, again. How's your back, we need you as Striker. 😁
