I know a lot of people that work for Ben & Jerry's in Waterbury and around VT. The company takes such good care of the employees, from the factory workers to the scientists to the scoop shop servers... Like the factory workers get to try the new flavors in development and bring home pints from the line! And now they've signed on for migrant justice to give dairy farm workers fair wages! Thanks for highlighting Ben and Jerry's, R29!

I make a lot of ice cream during the holiday. Winter white chocolate, French Vanilla, Pumpkin, snickerdoodle ice cream. People at the place I used to work said I should start my own company. They said it was better than Ben and Jerry's and 31 flavors store.
