You really need some Neutrogena T-gel shampoo. This time last year I was in a full body flare up of my psoriasis, and I mean full body and face. I used Neutrogena T-gel shampoo along with my coloidial oat cream by the time summer came I was nearly free from my psoriasis well on my body and face anyways, my scalp took a little longer but I’m glad to say I’m now 13 weeks with no symptoms or flare ups. I use T-gel once a week on my hair and my oat cream every where else. You don’t have to go through life with flakes like that you can make it better I have.

My daughter had something very similar when she was younger and it completely went away when we quit using perfumes, dyes and milk products. Of course, that was just us. There's lots of reasons for dandruff.

My husband had something similar as well, but not this bad. His went away when he cut out milk products as well.

I’m just curious do they wash their hair every single day? How long does it take to get like that?

I am guessing this person might have a medical condition that causes excess skin buildup. Psoriasis is an example of a condition that can affect the scalp

This poor guy! Would it be a good idea to shave his head, treat the scalp, then grow the hair back?

Dear Lord. 😲 No offense, but even if this a reoccurring issue, why would you ever allow it to get this far?? I would literally be outside shaking my head and dust it, like I do with my space rugs. I am aware these types of videos are usually set in third world countries, and certain treatments require payment that can't really be affordable, HOWEVER, there are always options to help, hell, even damn near free.. Ii mean, seriously, how impossible do you truly think it would be, to wash your damn hair??? How can you look in the mirror, and believe that this is, "normal?". Again, not intentionally trying to offend anyone, just vocalizing an observation....

@@marydandruff more than welcome. 🤗 So do you have any answers concerning this particular dandruff issue? As to why they waited so long, obviously desensitizing so much they no longer concern themselves to finally feel the need to be seen by a professional? What is the initial diagnosis as to the magnitude of dandruff this person has? Can it be cured? Preventable?

@@christieblinzler7771 It is Psoriasis, an auto immune disorder. It has nothing to do with a lack of higeine. Actually, washing it too often strips much needed oil from the scalp. Mine is nowhere near as bad as this yet I have put straight olive oil, etc on my scalp and slept in a shower cap overnight just to "force" oil onto my scalp. I've had several different treatments including monthly injections. You just try to maintain it the best way that works for you. However, I do think that this person lets their scalp get this bad just for the benefit of the video/channel. They could oil or gel their scalp and hair down to improve their appearance in between scrapings. There is a second channel "Mary Healthy" which seems to be the same person.🦋
