Working at McDonald's fry station can be quite challenging, especially during peak hours when the demand for fries is high. Keep up the great work, stay focused during those rush hours, and know that your efforts are an integral part of creating a positive dining experience for McDonald's customers! 💪😉
@Kelsie Parks I appreciate your dedication and hard work in managing the fry station at McDonald's. It's essential for the smooth operation of the restaurant, and your efforts contribute to providing customers with their favorite menu items. ❤️😊

@ACpony12 While it's true that working at McDonald's or any fast-food restaurant can come with its challenges, it would be unfair to label all positions as the worst. Each position within the restaurant has its own unique set of responsibilities, demands, and rewards. Some individuals may find certain positions more challenging or less enjoyable based on their personal preferences and strengths.😊

@@BabbleTop the worst thing is that people are ready for being in a place which they hate but at the same they are paid well. Money isn't and should not be the goal of your life. It's only a tool for achieving something. What does matter is the atmosphere on the team and your own surrounding you can form yourselves. My question is as follows: Why do companies like McDonald's and KFC (ans many others as well) refuse to give a full picture of working conditions inside them? Commercials vs reality
@Oleg Zakharov Companies like McDonald's and KFC, along with many other companies, often focus on promoting the positive aspects of their brand and work environment in their advertisements. This is a common marketing strategy to attract customers and potential employees. They highlight the benefits, such as flexible schedules, competitive pay, career advancement opportunities, and a friendly team atmosphere. However, the reality of working conditions can vary from what is portrayed in advertisements. Factors such as high workloads, long hours, stressful situations, and repetitive tasks can be challenging for employees. It's important to note that this can be the case not only in fast food chains but also in various industries.

McDonald's (and Wendy's) use "clamshell" grills that cook both sides of the hamburger patties simultaneously; they don't use old style flat top surface hamburger grills nowadays like they did in the early 1980's and before then. @Eric Puckett You're right, I apologize for not mentioning overnight maintenance in my previous response. Overnight maintenance is an important aspect of keeping a fast food restaurant clean and prepared for the next day's operations.❤️😁 After the closing shift, overnight maintenance staff typically come in to perform deep cleaning and restocking tasks. This includes thorough cleaning of various areas such as floors, kitchen equipment, dining areas, restrooms, and other surfaces. They may also restock supplies, organize inventory, and ensure that the restaurant is ready for the next day's operations.
@Ypowerpup97 Yes, McDonald's and other fast-food restaurants offer a variety of job positions to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment. While the specific roles and responsibilities may vary depending on the location and size of the restaurant😉
Host is a hard job, because when a customer comes in and informs they will help them order on the kiosks, the customer will get mad at demand they take their order at the register instead and they refuse to use the kiosk. Seen it happen alot!!!
@Jinkatsu Han Being a host in a restaurant can indeed be a challenging job, as it involves interacting with customers and managing their requests and preferences. While some customers may prefer using the self-service kiosks for ordering, others may prefer traditional methods, such as ordering at the register. It's not uncommon for customers to have different preferences and expectations when it comes to ordering. ❤️😉 In situations where a customer insists on placing their order at the register instead of using the kiosk, it can create a challenging dynamic for the host. It's important for the host to remain calm, professional, and accommodating to the customer's request. They may need to adjust their approach and provide assistance at the register, even if their initial suggestion was to use the kiosk.
So, your saying every job at McDonalds is the "WORST." I worked at one part-time for 4 years back in the day - it's simply work & part of the job - not the worst in the world

@Dragonmaster0118 Handling diverse customer situations can be a skill in itself! 🙌💼 What's the most unusual or memorable order you've ever taken or prepared during your time at the restaurant?
@@BabbleTop one time a guy ordered 42 mcchivken in the drive thru by far not the largest order I’ve seen or dealt with handing out its just one I remember.
I worked at McDonald's before when I was young. This job really sucks...I do not wish this job on anyone.
You forgot to add overnight maintenance. You basically clean after the closers clean and move.
@Eric Puckett You're right, I apologize for not mentioning overnight maintenance in my previous response. Overnight maintenance is an important aspect of keeping a fast food restaurant clean and prepared for the next day's operations.❤️😁
After the closing shift, overnight maintenance staff typically come in to perform deep cleaning and restocking tasks. This includes thorough cleaning of various areas such as floors, kitchen equipment, dining areas, restrooms, and other surfaces. They may also restock supplies, organize inventory, and ensure that the restaurant is ready for the next day's operations.
At 4:14 what movie is that scene came from? moviedb link would be nice, thx 😎
It's called Falling Down
I didn't know there were even that many jobs they could offer you at McDonald's!
@Ypowerpup97 Yes, McDonald's and other fast-food restaurants offer a variety of job positions to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment. While the specific roles and responsibilities may vary depending on the location and size of the restaurant😉
Best voice on TH-cam yall👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
@germanywho Thank you for the compliment. See you on the next one!!❤️😉
@@BabbleTop 👏🏾👌🏾✌🏾
Actually, Tom Blank is.

In situations where a customer insists on placing their order at the register instead of using the kiosk, it can create a challenging dynamic for the host. It's important for the host to remain calm, professional, and accommodating to the customer's request. They may need to adjust their approach and provide assistance at the register, even if their initial suggestion was to use the kiosk.
So, your saying every job at McDonalds is the "WORST." I worked at one part-time for 4 years back in the day - it's simply work & part of the job - not the worst in the world
@Keith Mitchell It's great to hear that you had a positive experience during your time working there. Every job provides an opportunity for growth, learning, and personal development. If you found your experience at McDonald's to be fulfilling and valuable, that's a wonderful perspective to have.❤️😊😁
@@BabbleTop Well, it allowed me to save enough money to get into law school and become a lawyer. Nothing like some good hard work at minimum wage to learn that you want to do more with your life lol.
@Keith Mitchell That's great to hear that your hard work and dedication allowed you to save money and pursue your dream of becoming a lawyer. Many people find that their experiences in entry-level jobs can provide valuable lessons, motivation, and a sense of direction for their future careers.❤️🥇
Definitely working at McDonald's it's a very hard job.
Really cool 🆒 video which I summarized in full
Try walking to work, on ice at below -40 on a daily basis.
Seriously?
@@RealBigBadJohn Ft Greely, Alaska, winter of '73/'74. The unofficial record low was -79F. The route to the Base Information Office was over a mile. You didn't want to walk on the unpaved roads. Instead of being plowed, the used a road grader to compact snow into pack ice. Walking on them, around moving cars was suicide.
@@michaelterrell -- Amazing.
@@RealBigBadJohn It was bone chilling, at the time. If you fell, and couldn't get up within five minutes, you would die due to the heat loss. Cold Weather gear only works when it's dry. Laying on snow or ice will melt the surface, and soak into the insulated lining.
@Michael Terrell I understand that working in such conditions can be physically demanding and potentially hazardous to your well-being. It's important for employers to prioritize the safety and well-being of their employees, especially in extreme weather conditions.😊
Personally, if someone asks for no salt, I redunk the ones in the dump already 😂
I worked at McDonald's..all the positions in there hell tho to be real!! Cause too many people eat McDonald's everyday all day , so the rush just dont stop , non stop ..we make 16 an hour at our location tho , the money is not bad at all tho
i would rather have a boring job than a stressed out one with too much favoritism. As long as they support you.
Stay in school and go to university or college! Its a good part time job BUT it will not pay the bills! You will have to work weekends and holidays to hopefully make ends meet. I know a friend who does insurance, has an axe throwing place, has a side restaurant, AND works at a bar! FOUR JOBS to make ends meet!
@@brandonmanuel2842 good for you but it’s not like anyone is gonna move out at 15.
TH-camr Stephen Patula proved us that has a better time in all of these shifts in McDonald’s
When I worked at Mickey D's, I worked the grill so I understand about smelling like grease 😂 🍔
@Daniel Cassabon It's understandable that working at the grill station in McDonald's can result in a strong smell of grease. Working in a fast-food restaurant, particularly in positions like the grill, can expose you to the various aromas associated with cooking and preparing food.😄
I was on nuggets .fillet of fish and apple pie it was hell on earth
@Benjamin Parkinson If you found the specific duties and pressures associated with those menu items to be too much, it might be worth exploring different job opportunities that better suit your skills and interests. There are a wide range of industries and positions available, and finding the right fit can contribute to a more positive and fulfilling work experience.😍
Some of these are petty try being maintenance the stuff i seen when i was working there was gross
❓
@TWISTEDSUNRISEKI🍁 I understand that the experiences you had while working in maintenance at McDonald's were not ideal. It's important to acknowledge that the cleanliness and maintenance of a restaurant are crucial for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both employees and customers. While the tasks may not always be pleasant, the work of maintenance staff plays a vital role in the overall operation of the restaurant.❤️
The only real position in a fast food joint is the manager!
I JUST WANT ICE CREAM🍦🍨 AND LOLIPOP🍭😭
@Byte💚 I understand your craving for ice cream and a lollipop. Both can be enjoyable treats! If you're looking to satisfy your ice cream craving, you could consider visiting an ice cream parlor, a grocery store, or a dessert shop that offers a variety of ice cream flavors. You can often find lollipops in candy stores, convenience stores, or even at the checkout counters of many supermarkets.❤️😊
My mom didn't take me to Malaysia Grocery Store anymore :(

Spoiler: they're all the worst.
@Kate S I understand that you may have had a negative experience or hold a negative opinion about working at McDonald's or fast-food restaurants in general. It's important to note that everyone's experiences can vary, and what may be a challenging or unsatisfying job for one person might be a positive experience for another.😉😊
1: McDonald's.
Period.
And if people would just treat employees like HUMAN BEINGS these jobs would all be a little nicer, they don't go to your job and slap the meth out of your hand 🙄
@Kristie McNeel You're absolutely right. Treating employees with respect and dignity is crucial in creating a positive work environment. It's important to remember that employees in any job, including those in the fast-food industry, are human beings deserving of fair treatment, understanding, and empathy.💯
Named off 99% of the jobs as the worst jobs xD
It's Hilarious that this video portrays McDonald's Jobs as so daunting and Difficult 😂 a Nutless Monkey can do those jobs
This video didn't make sense what job at McDonald's easy and stress free there's not a job at McDonald's that don't suck
@fitfighter I apologize if the video didn't meet your expectations or resonate with your personal experience. It's important to note that different individuals may have different perspectives and experiences when it comes to working at McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant. 😉
While some people may find certain positions or tasks at McDonald's to be relatively easier or less stressful compared to others, it's true that working in the fast food industry can come with its own challenges. The pace can be fast, customer demands can be high, and there may be a need to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
@BabbleTop I understand all of that but by the same token it would be impossible to do the opposite video 10 jobs a McDonald's that people are dying to do because all jobs at McDonald's have horrific and unreasonable challenges that pay these poor individuals such little money and people only work there because they desperately need the money and it's a job easy to obtain without going through the ringer of waiting to go through multiple interviews and all the hoops many employers do and many younger individuals get suckered in by the we pay your tuition and other gimmicks but later regret it badly when most of those are either empty promises that you only receive after 2 years of employment or you have to beg your manager over and over again but are told "I'm too busy to do " so the weeks turn to months while most end up quitting before seeing any of the good possible benefits
is there a job or two that people don't mind so much? these are all sucky jobs no matter where you work.
So, basically, working at McDonald's sucks.
@Ms. Kitty For some individuals, working at McDonald's can be a positive experience that offers opportunities for growth, learning, and development. It can provide valuable skills, teamwork experience, and a foundation for future employment. Additionally, some employees may enjoy the fast-paced environment and the interactions with customers.❤️😊
Guys, this didnt need to be so deep
I wish our McDonald’s had a host
@Lindsey Hall Having a host at McDonald's or any fast-food restaurant can certainly provide additional benefits to both customers and employees. A host can help manage the flow of customers, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and address any immediate needs or concerns.❤️
I don’t want to work at McDonald’s I want to be a portfolio manager 😊😊😊
@Jack Barnicle That's great to hear that you have career aspirations as a portfolio manager! It's a challenging and rewarding profession that involves managing investment portfolios on behalf of clients or organizations.😍😊
