Love the design. I wanted a 1 story home until I seen all the homes with the 2nd story balcony. But the area by the pool looks like it's elevated enough to get that feeling of being up high so I might just consider getting a 1 story after all. It definitely has a 2 story feel like you mentioned. I wonder if it'll be costly to add another W/C closet to the Owner's bedroom and another bedroom and full bath.
