    Child killer Ian Brady had his funeral last year in the UK. There was a legal battle on what to do with his corpse because he wished for his ashes to be scattered on the moors where he murdered the children (and where the remains of one still remain missing). It was decided that he was to be cremated without a ceremony and his ashes scattered at sea. The court decided this was the best way to dispose of Brady while respecting the victims' families. That one child left unfound on the moors was never given a proper funeral by his family (his mother died just a couple of years ago) so Brady did not deserve the funeral he wanted.

    When my father passed, I had to get him cremated because I was 16 and his estate was broke. When my mother and I went to pick up his remains, we had to take a look at them ... in a cardboard box was a plastic bag and the moment we opened it to take a peek, the wind blew and into our faces was the supposed ashen version of what was once daddy-o. If you want to get technical...Lesley didn't actually kill anyone. She was there of course. Of the seven Tate-LaBianca victims, Tex Watson killed 6 of them. Patricia Krenwinkel (corrected, originally said Adkins) killed Abigail Folger. I think Lesley is the one who stabbed Mrs. LaBianca after she was dead, still horrible and unthinkable and I can't fathom being so brainwashed as to take part in ritualistic murders. (The arrogant reply to this is incorrect. I fact checked later to make sure.)

Atkins admits these things right out of her own mouth!!

    The end of this story reminds me of a story my dad told me: he was in the Air Force in a helicopter deteachment - some big-wig general wanted his ashes scattered in the ocean near the base, so his remains were taken up in the helicopter and ceremouniously dumped out the door. Of course, the vortex of wind and water created by the helicopter blades promtly coated the outside of the helicopter with the dust creating a mud that stuck like glue. In the end, he was rinsed down the drain as the crew hosed off the copter - I guess it all went to the ocean eventually anyway, right?

    The man Freeman, gave all memorabilia to the Zak Baggans Haunted Museum in Las Vegas. He changed his last name to FREEMAN because he wanted no ties to Manson hence when Manson died and he got rid of his belongings he became a “free” “man” and changed his name to Freeman because he didn’t have to live with the Stigma of being related to Manson at least that is the story the museum told during the tour.

      [nods] i saw the episode where Mr. Baggans helped him get help from a local pastor to "rid himself of his connections to the past." he was wearing a shirt that "grandpa chuck" had given him one christmas. after he went through the ceremony and got baptised, the guy literally tore the shirt from his body and claimed he was free. i think he gave the shredded shirt to Mr. Baggans to dispose of, if i recall correctly. it was a strange episode.
      admittedly not one of Mr. Baggans strangest ones but still...

    Being from Porterville, the town where he was cremated, word about Manson being in town spread fast. I don't know how true it is, but people said that the family tried to find a place to hold the service, but most turned them down. They went as far as Iowa looking for a home that would host them. Eventually someone recommend Porterville who finally offered to host the service and cremation. If this is true, or even not, is it the case that funeral homes might avoid high profile corpses, like Manson, to avoid publicity or being affiliated with the story of that person's life?

We both are very interested in making more "consigrated" ground that saves nature just by the burial of a loved one. It just feels good to stop the growth of subdivisions . So would you email me the places that can be available for burial that would stop ever growing houses etc. I live in Idaho. Boise, to be exact. I look forward to your response. • @FrankiesFancy
      @FrankiesFancy 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kamila Kocourková = My god you're ignorant! There are several bodies buried around the Spahn Ranch according to ex family members that Charlie killed in order to "show them how" to kill. But after he got out of jail that last time he did not want to go back so he brainwashed and threatened the others to do the killings for him. Charlie and Tex had a homosexual affair and Charlie forced Tex's loyalty by telling him he would send letters to his parents and friends telling them about him and Tex. That's why Tex was so "loyal"...and why he wrangled the females and made sure the murders were carried out. Tex was terrified of his family and friends finding out he'd had sex on more than one occasion with another man, Charlie. But you do research on the bodies in the desert and why the state won't allow people to look for them. Listen to the hours and hours of interviews from Charlie and the family. If you believe that he wasn't a serial killer, you're a damned fool.

    Fascinating topic, a D excellent analysis and explanation of a confusing situation. *Some questions : 1) what would you set as the maximum time limit for refrigeration of a corpse prior to embalming? 2) In the unlikely circumstance of a protracted legal dispute, would it ever be permitted to freeze an unembalmed corpse during a extended custody battles 3) If your funeral home had been requested by the family, would you have provided professional services for the Charles Manson corpse?

    At 71 year's old I've witnessed and experienced the extreme craziness dealing with the families after death issues sadly. I'm stuck yet again trying to come up with another end of life legal document. I had a circle of trusted friends we as a group agreed to carry out each of our end of life wishes , written down legally. , problem is I'm the last one left. Now somewhat living a life in exile I'm stuck without the an idea for yet another end of life legal plan . I have been watching your interesting informative channel trying to find an answer to my problem. The answer is probably right in front of me old eyes so I'll keep listening watching all the great videos on your channel , thank you again .
