Surya Ashtakam is the devotional Prayer to Lord Surya. This Ashtakam is taken from the ancient Hindu text Samba Puranam. It is a Hindu devotional prayer that consists of 8 paragraphs of texts. It is a powerful mantra that gives positive energy and inner peace. Chanting the Surya Ashtakam is a way to express our gratitude towards the magnificent Sun who is the provider of the life energy of the entire world.
