Pastor! Do you believe in repentance? Do you believe in forgiveness? Do you believe in brother's living together in peace. Whatever he said was during campaign and during that period as the we all know; each person say something to lead the opponent. If he has sat down and release that, he own it a duty to let go and join forces together as one family to live in peace, one would think that as a pastor would applaud his efforts of going back to help the brother fight a common goal.
