Ingredients Pork (Fat and meat both), Green chillies, Onions, Lai Xaak/Mustard Greens, Tomatoes, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric powder Boil the pork. Heat some mustard oil or you can use the fat of the pork (Lard) add the mustard seeds till they start spluttering Fry the onions and add in the slit green chillies Add in the sliced tomato pieces Mix them well. If using mustard oil then wait till the oil separates Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder (haldi) and mix well. Add the pork. Stir well. Add salt and water as per your preference. Cover and cook Remove the lid. Add the washed Mustard Greens/Lai Xaak and mix well with the pork. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes till the mustard greens are cooked. Pork with Lai Xaak is done.
