Thank you for this, so helpful. I wanted to clarify when an investor put in money as equity, per se 1M into a wholly owned subsidiary. Do I then add this 1M as NCI on our consolidated parent financials? Do you do consultation? We may engage your expertise if you are familiar with solar projects and investors coming into projects holdings.

Hi, thanks for the video, really help me a lot.
However, may I know what if the group only invest on this new subsidiary of only 40% but one of the directors who have a control within the group also acquire 30% from the same subsidiary shares. Does the NCI of the group only will consider the remaining 30%? if yes, how do we eliminate the director portion who purchased the shares in subsidiary from group consolidation perspective?
