Yes well said. I've finally purchased a Mavic Pro and each flight with this thing just blows me away of what it does, how far it goes, it's features, the camera, which I know there is better cameras on others, but I'm a hobby flier and the footage is nothing short of incredible. I'm still learning with it and soon to travel to Bali and even Papua New Guinea surfing, so I can't wait to fly it over there. The mavic feel solid enough and like you say, the compactness and travel ready small bag is a massive plus for it. I'll be traveling with this thing as carry on and just hanging off my shoulder. Thanks for the video clips, I learn a lot from them.

Your artistic talents are accentuated by your DJI. It provides a very stable platform for your video. My Bugs 2 C videos are not nearly the same quality, but are decent for our family camp outs and short vacations.I a just getting started with quad copters and taking pictures.

Hiya Chrissie, thanks for getting back, I'm not quite sure what the problem is But! You say that your recording in 4K, on my new IPhone 6s, I can watch your beautiful videos, with no problems at all! And they are delicious! But as I'm new to this great hobby, when I recorded in 4K following instructions from a "TH-cam" on the best settings for 4K! It will not play on my 3 year old IPAD, It will not play on my brand new IPhone 6S, and today I received my Brand New IPAD Mini4 And my 4K will not play on that either! So either I'm doing something wrong with the settings I don't know, when I try to play my own 4K I get "video file is unsupported" I think I can get mine to run when I use 2.7. Best wishes that one day I'll get this sorted!xx

I use Phantom 4 pro and Mavic Pro really enjoy them both especially wearing Epson BT-300 smart glasses flying them, but I believe the Mavic Pro is worth having for mere portability and with some fine tuning in Adobe Premiere pro you can't tell a big difference in video quality between the two. I have friend in Norther Ireland and he like is getting fed up with the weather that your having, you do get one or two good days but if your busy with work or editing video you have already done you don't get the time to get out and fly, well here in the South east of England its not been too bad and I have managed to get my Phantom 4 out and have made some ok videos, not to your standard but hey I am trying, thanks again for another great Video Chrissie, nice work get 4 drones in the sky at once great, regards TJK.

I wondered what the hell was happening at the beginning, one min flying then cut to cooking I thought I had change channel lol. It was great to see some flash backs from the old days, and nice to see your husband ( well the back of his head again lol ) Great info once again and some lovely flight footage. And not to forgot the singing "LOVE IT"
The other drones all look so huge and almost old-fashioned compared to the Mavic Pro. It would be way too much bother to carry those huge things all around unless you could drive right up to the spot where you want to fly them from. Very interesting comparison, thanks! Nice, windy spot, good place to own a boat!

Have you tried setting Manual Focus to infinity? How does it work for you? Also when I tried shooting in very low light condition the focus is even poorer. Long exposure still photos at night are barely possible with the Mavic - I sometimes miss the constant focus on the P4. ...But still, it's a sweet drone!

I used my P3P to make a mini 18 minute movie in memory of my dad and our cottage that he built and the times that we spent there growing up. It would be very much appreciated if you were to jump over to my channel and watch it. It’s called “Back to the Cottage”. It’s my rendition of the Movie “Back to the Future”, but I used my drone for the time travel vehicle instead of a Delorean, Michael J Fox drove. It took me months to create. Hope you like it.

It seems the Mavic's camera is having hard time with autofocus on cloudy sky, mine does that too.
