In this video, I have shared my experience of traveling to our beautiful state of Nagaland in North East India. I had amazing experiences in Nagaland & now I'm going to share these experiences in the form vlogs. I hope you will enjoy these vlogs of my Nagaland. Nagaland is also called “ The Land of Last Head Hunters”
The Dzüko Valley is a valley located at the borders of the states of Nagaland and Manipur in Northeast India. This valley is well known for its natural environment, seasonal flowers and flora & fauna.
It is situated at an altitude of 2452 m above sea level. The valley is famous for its wide range of flowers in every season but the most famous one is the Dzüko Lily and it is found only in this valley
Nagaland is a landlocked state in the northeastern region of India. It is bordered by the Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh to the north, Assam to the west, Manipur to the south and the Sagaing Region of Myanmar to the east. Its capital city is Kohima and its largest city is Dimapur.
Nagaland became the 16th state of India on 1 December 1963. It is home to a rich variety of natural, cultural and environmental resources.

Nice to see Dzukou after ages. I trekked along with my few friends from the Jakhama side in 1986 and there were no treks even in those days. People used to stay in caves. stayed there for two days. It was a true adventure. Got Nostalgic seeing the beautiful place.

Wow! you have experienced raw and authentic trekking of Nagaland. When I was in class 7 i trek Japfii and Pulie badze and it was hard but these days it's not so much of a struggle.

Its called Judima, also known as rice beer/wine and it has a GI Tag since 2021. I

The drink is Judima rice beer. It is a homemade rice wine from Assam's Dima Hasao district. Recently this brew has got GI tag.

I’m from Maharashtra and my village is in a remote valley in the Konkan. Until recently there weren’t any roads and only the locals and intrepid visitors could come.
Today there is a road right up to the valley, this has brought totally unwanted visitors. Not only do they pollute with their waste, they play loud cheap Punjabi and Bollywood music causing sound pollution too.
Weekends and vacations are a nuisance.
The locals are thinking of getting rid of the road and keeping the vulgar tourists out.
Yes people think development means everything will be good

I'm assuming you are North Indian. It is not surprising that no one likes tourist like you.
I was living in Thailand a few years back and believe me tourist from North India, Pakistan and mainland China are the most hated ones. Even if they are millionaires they will still throw waste around, molest locals, talk and shout loudly, steal small items from shops / hotel
, only eat their own type of food and argue with everyone.
