Stipend is only for industrial training after completion of inter you have to do articleship there you will get stipend but there is no stipend in the skill training

Now I converted in Syllabus 2022 & I am going to appear in June Term Both Grp So I want to know am I eligible for "Soft Skill, SAP Training". When I am checking in the Website it shows "You are not eligible for Skill Training"
