@@vishnuchowdary6839 he said that when we plan to study for long hours and when we finally try to do it then We get irritated within 30 mins only and that we can't bear that pressure he's telling to keep bearing that pressure so that in the examination hall we don't feel like that and he said to like try to sit for long hours atleast so that it doesn't affect us in real in the examination hall , these small things do matter a lot 🫂

Aur usi 3 hours mese examiner official works k liye 30-40min waste karte he aur exam k darmiyan distract bhi karte he students ko official omr fill karne k liye .
Pata nahi har center me same hota hai ya nahi but mere saath aesa huwa hai, kindly is baat ko highlight kijiyega NEET exam k pehle, k official works ko either exam time start hone se pehle finish kare ya exam time finish hone k baad complete kare .. 🙏

yes sir maine bhi jab pehli baar jee diya tha us samay hin mujhe is baat ka ehsaas ho gaya tha. Mujhe kuch hormonal imbalance ke karan bahut zyada nind ati thi abhi bhi aa rahi hai par maine apne brain ko is chiz ki aadat ho gayi hai kyuki mujhe nind ata tha to sone ki jagah mai 5 min ka break le leta tha aur dheere dheere usko bhi khatm kar diya. Kyuki agar brain ko aadat lag gaya har 2 ghante be break lene ka to game ho jayega exam wale din
