many thanks for creating such a good videos. sir you said restore of files & folder from ADE enabled disk is possible only by copying ADE encrypted disk to another disk and attached to another VM. so will it allows to copy encrypted disk ?

microsoft has updated the feature and now they are providing by default disk encryption for managed disk....now u dont need to worry about encryption

Hello Sir,
Unmanaged data disks added after enabling ADE with the flag -"Volume-type All" are automatically encrypted with ADE whereas Managed data disks added after enabling ADE with the flag -"Volume-type All" are not automatically encrypted with ADE, and remain only with the default SSE with PMK encryption.
What u say on this??? As this is my understanding. Please respond.

As per my knowledge...managed disks are already encrypted by MS however you can set additional encryption for more security purpose...whereas unmanaged disks are not encrypted by default
