I've also toyed with the idea of a corrupter type zombie because of this blaster. Would be nice to see it implemented in an HVZ. The lab coat just...completes this blaster.
😂 awesome video! Unfortunately the new Zombie Strikes are taking their sweet time coming to Canada, won’t see the first of them until August. Seems alright, we’ll have to see what the price is though. Thanks for the video!
Great video, I have no doubt you will be nominated for several Oscars this year. Well, maybe just the coveted "Zombie" award. Many young Foaminati will love the aesthetics of this blaster... even though the adult(ish) people like yourself see this as "cash grab". Or, as we peasants see it, just giving everyone more choice. Grabbing cash is the aim of every business, and most people, including Zombies, are pretty fond of cash too. 😉
How to add fear and loathing to an HvZ game: Have one (more would way overbalance it, unless your game has a massive ratio of humans-to-zombies) super-zombie that has no special abilities (resistance to ammo or whatever), but carries one of these. That one would have to have a (very) limited ammo supply (I'm thinking not even a full magazine), and use some really oddball-/brightly-colored darts that nobody else has at that game. The Corruptor zombie (C.Z.) also should not be allowed to reload until/unless they're tagged out. (Go back to a pre-determined point and reload as part of respawning.) This might, as a side-effect, make the humans reluctant to shoot the C.Z., especially once the C.Z. is out of ammo, as that would allow a reload of Corruptor rounds. (The C.Z. could, of course, still tag humans "normally.") All human players would have to know that touching any of those darts (at all, anywhere, in any way) means instant zombification. The exception to the insta-zombie rule could be one of those grabber/pick-up things (the cheapo ones for getting socks from behind shelves and such), and a canister done up to look like a cartoonish containment unit. This would also allow adding 2 side-quests/objectives for the humans (assuming you didn't set it up as the main objective): 1. Recovering as many of the Corruptor rounds as possible (to keep them away from the C.Z.) (This could also include 2 sub-objectives--finding the grabber and the disposal canister.) 2. Taking out the C.Z.'s spawning point. (Find that spot, which also works as a respawn point for the other zombies, and take down a flag or something to indicate it's no longer active.) This would effectively turn the C.Z. into a "regular" zombie from then on. So many possible variations, too. (Too much to go into here.) Odds are someone's already thought this up elsewhere (or something like it), but hey, if it helps folks have fun...
ooh I like this intro...
Glad you liked it :D

Yea no shade on anyone who enjoys the blaster it's just for fun and possibly giving some ideas of how to use this blaster in a possible nerf games :D
Mmmmm yes vely intelesting
you kind of look like doctor flux in that lol
I got way more hair than him. And besides he doesn't own the executive privilege to wear a labcoat

When i hear your accent, i think about a video in similar way. With my geman/english mix, that could be fun.
Do i have your permission to try that?
Absolutely my friend! Use it as much as you like! It was done for fun so enjoy it!

That was kinda of the idea I was going for but I'm glad you picked up on that :D
