Canadian NHL fans booed the Star Spangled Banner at an Ottawa Senators game Saturday, hours after President Donald Trump’s tariff on the country became official.
Fans at the Canadian Tire Center in Ottawa were none too pleased to hear the national anthem of the USA - booing and jeering as singer Mandia started and ended her rendition of the patriotic US tune, which is performed, along with ‘O, Canada,’ at the start of all NHL games involving teams from both countries.
