Hey guys, Breathe Carolina has ALWAYS been electronic. They're just now putting it out. If you've seen them live you would know that. They basically have a rave at their concerts.

As much as I love Breathe Carolina, regardless of what it is now or then, I will miss Kyle. He was half of Breathe Carolina, and things just aren't going to be the same without him. I will continue to listen to, love, support and spread BC's amazing music though. :)
Like always with this awesome band, I love the mix between electronic and rock. It gives them a completely unique sound.
Check out "Ghost Town". They are a kinda similar band. I recommend listening to their songs "You're So Creepy", "Game Freak", and "I'm Wasted". Trust me they are just as good ^_^

I'm totally happy with the new song. Breathe Carolina had always created feel good, pop songs that are so fun live. I can't fully express how amazing their live shows are, and the band's vibe. With that said, a piece of the puzzle is still missing, which is Kyle. I'll miss his stage presence and unclean vocals. However, Breathe never disappoints and this is just one song! Blackout for example, was a huge pop hit among an album with unclean vocals. I'm sure the rest of the album will fulfill our need for those unclean vocals as well. Stoked for the full album & headlining tour this spring! :)
I haven't listened to this band since their first album, and this sounds exactly like something they would make.

i saw them live last night, i went for Ghost Town, and Breathe Carolina turned out to be AMAZING. they know how to put on a show. i'm still so excited and they have another new fan. next time they come i'm going to see them again, no doubt.

It's obviously going to sound different considering Kyle is no longer with BC, but I guarantee that most of you guys who aren't "feeling it" once the whole album is out. Remember, this is only ONE single from the album. Wait till the album drops to judge their sound as a whole.
They preformed this song at Warped Tour. One of the best live experience I've ever had. The energy they instilled into an exhuasted and sweaty crowd was amazing! Their name 'Breathe Carolina' sounds so mainstream, and I was expecting the cliché punk-rock-alternative and was pleasantly surprised to hear this! Immediately fell in love with this group and can't wait to see them live again :)

People can complain all they want about Breathe Carolina not sounding as punk rock as they once may have (which I absolutely loved) but speaking from concert experiences with them, these songs are some of the best moments I have experienced in my life- all in part because these guys are so passionate about their music; whether its more punk or more party, it will always be true to their sound.
I don't know why so many people don't like this. I'm honestly not a fan of electronic music, but Breathe Carolina is a huge exception.

this song is so smooth like their "hell is what you make it" album but yet has the grind that the first album had. its so addicting. all its missing if anything at all is a little bit of screaming that kyle would have given it (which I sometimes add myself). it does get better with every replay

The lyrics sold the song to me the minute I heard them seriously, I l've loved Breathe Carolina for years and they've never ever let me down. This song as soon as I hit play for the like the 10th time tonight I let my Mum listen with me and we were both dancing in our seats and singing at the top of our lungs. You can't go wrong with the song. I can't wait to see them live the day before valentines day it's going to be amazing and fun!
Oh this is just too funny! I love bands like Asking Alexandria, Bring Me The Horizon, and Of Mice & Men and then I like Breathe Carolina. I bet most metalcore fans are going to tell me "Are you fucking retarded? Breathe Carolina is for little girls, don't listen to that shit!". I don't care what age group listens to what. If I like it, then that's all that matters! :)

Timothy ritz As much as I love metalcore, I'm open to other things as well. I enjoy bands/groups like Stick To Your Guns, ERRA, and Crosses which differ from what I usually like a bit. I'll pretty much listen to anything (except Country), but as long as it pleases the ear.

Definitely like the song, I'm still curious about the sound of the whole album, it would be great to still hear screams in a few songs even though kyle is gone. Something kind of like with HIWYMI where there was a lot of upbeat/dance music but they still made room for songs like Wooly, It's one of the things that first drew me in to Breathe Carolina, either way I am and will always be a fan. The music is great nonetheless
These guys easily had the best crowd performance at Milwaukee Warped Tour, They had the entire Amphitheatre jumping to this song. It was the first one they played but still. It was worth it to see their show.

They're still the same, just matured. If you listen to the 'old' Breathe Carolina then their new stuff, it still has the same basis just different meaning and more mature which makes it sound different. But I get what you mean. I personally like the new stuff about as much as the old stuff (:
I have to say, I do really miss the alternative/screamo element they used to COMBINE with electro. Now (because Kyle left??) it's only electro. Besides Sellouts. A little sad about that for sure.
As do I. I still like this album somewhat (I like four songs total) but I loved every song off It's Classy and it was a big staple in electronicore style music. This new stuff isn't bad, but their old stuff is still in a different league. This isn't an album I'd buy but I dig it (kind of).
