  • Hobie Tournament Of Champions at Caddo Lake in northwest Louisiana/northeast Texas. First place in this event is worth $45,000, with an additional $5,000 up for grabs for angler of the year. On day one of this event, I put myself in position to have a shot at both. Stay tuned for days two and three!

Nice ! Brings back memories. I was stationed at Barksdale AFB in Shreveport in 83. My boss was a huge bass fisherman as were most of the locals. We used to do squadron fishing tournaments, I came in the money a lot ! Back then it was pig and jig for the big ones and spinnerbaits. Fished most of the local lakes, beautiful stuff. Just stay the hell out of them big wasp nest that are in damn near every cypress tree down there. Big Crappie and white bass too.

Man, you have a fishing maturity beyond your years. There have been several times it has come into view in your videos and it is good to see. It would be so good for the sport if more people understood the unwritten rules the way you do. And you are a damn good fisherman too. I enjoy your videos. Thanks

Dadgone brother! You’re beating your hull to death! Like smacking on the bottom of the boat with a hammer. Lol. Adjust them out a little and scare away less fish!

They're awesome for saltwater, and I don't see a speck of rust on mine after frequent saltwater use

If you have to ask should you go over in the first place?. I’m not knocking you. I’m just thinking what I would do on both sides of the situation.

I really dig that camera angle. Are you running the camera the entire time and turning it off after a catch or something interesting?

I do my best to stop and start recording when I catch a fish or something I'll put in the video happens. It's a great camera angle I'm not even sure what the mount is, it's some sort of H-rail mount I picked up at dugout bait & tackle

I watched a couple of your videos. Asking other anglers to move aside so you can fish an area ballsy . No matter what place they are in. I except one of them guys bust your mouth
