@@nathanstewart4131 so they modified the old sports festival area in the hololive server....and then copied the chunks of the event area to a new server and did the event there....the reason for this most likely is to further eliminate additional lag by existing red stone contraptions in their hololive server....another reason maybe was also to avoid players getting fps drops due to builds in their hololive server since some of them use shaders....
That plugin isn't necessary if your server is friends only. The purpose of the plugin is to kick randoms that are deliberately or unknowingly causing lag for others.
This was a duplicate server made of JP just so they could build it up to avoid the lag issues from before. That's why Mio and Miko were in creative mode with a few others helping.
