I hope Anna would do a parenting book one day, their parenting skills are indeed amazing, i am inspired to raise my kids as independent, well-behaved and compassionate towards other people like them. This family never fails to amazes me every time, good looks is just a bonus. I love them so much since the first episode that little Naeun appeared. Watching them grow makes me feel like a proud virtual aunt. 💜

Hajun is such a good son while Naeun is a very sensible sister. She knows how to take care of kids younger than her and helps her awkward brother get along with the other kids. 🤍

Their parents let them experience things at a young age, let them do chores and errands, and would be happy if they fail because that is where learning happens. But here in the Philippines, most parents scold their children for failing. Sad reality.

I do not know about the history in the Philippines so I can only speak for my Vietnamese parents (might be similar) but I believe that it has something to do about trauma and lack of resources (money, time etc). After the Vietnam war, trauma did not allow my parents to make mistakes, they needed to function to make it out their poor living situation. Sadly if wounds aren't healed that just leads to toxic parenting.
My parents worked 12-16 hours a day, the little time they had, they tried their best but parenting is a full time job.
I'm so glad that Anna Park has such a healthy parenting style which I think plays a big part of why Park siblings are so popular internationally (because in all honesty: Park siblings all look like gorgeous dolls but if they were spoiled, there wouldn't be millions watching them.) Their intelligence and empathy is a mirror of their mother's personality. Watching her children with her gentle approach, she is kinda mothering a whole internet community, I find it so healing and I still have so much to learn to unlearn those toxic parterns. I'm glad to see what a positive impact her approach has and that we witness the result of her hard work as a mother through those 3 kids
