I believe that 2021s are not NIFCs. I and some other hunters I know have gotten uncirculated 2021 boxes meaning that the mint releases them as a circulation coin

And I don’t care what the “official” spot price is.. I will never sell/trade a half dollar for anything less than $10. I think that should be the minimum of what halves should go for. $2 per dime, $5 per quarter, $10 per half and $20 per silver dollar, maybe even $25.
I don’t pretend what silver prices should be but I do know when the money supply is huge, I.e. recession, precious metals should creep up. Not the case in today’s world. Something fishy is going on and not trying to be a conspiracy theorist. It’s very interesting.
@@danm9882 But I also think that silver should actually be going for $100 minimum, if not more like $150-$200. And gold should be around $4,000-$5,000. But as is.. I think most people that collect/stack would agree that $10 per half is the absolute bare minimum though, regardless whatever the spot price is on paper.

@@danm9882 Oh no, you’re good. Didn’t take it that way. Many in the community feel the same way as we do. Historically, spot price was tied to the strength of the dollar. The more the dollar was worth, the lower precious metals would be and if the dollar was weak, then precious metals went up. However, that is indeed not what we’re seeing today. I think it’s a combination of things contributing to silvers suppression though. Like bankers, investors and green energy companies, like solar panel companies. They need A LOT of silver and more expensive silver eats into their margins.
Machine doubling can actually have some value if it’s an amazing/clean example. Just as long as you’re honest about it being MD, then I have zero issue with people trying to sell them.

The $2.80 you are quoting here is MELT value... which I also put on the screen. In the open market, you could easily get 6X as Junk Silver nearly always carries a premium.

Yeah. They are nice and shiny so I call them out but I agree. NIFC stops at 2020
2022’s are probably not going to be NIFC as well. Just picked up a full box of them on Friday
