Mooncat has NEVER sent me a magnet-out of 5 they’ve sent me!- with the logo on it! Mine are always plain black 😒 I didn’t expect to be able to shop this sale, but the second to last day I made quite a good purchase. They have such stunning, original polishes!!! I have a few of the same ones that you purchased, including Devil’s Ivy and Cosmic Cowboy, among others. I’ve worn Cosmic Cowboy and got soooooo many compliments! It’s so color-saturated and absolutely gorgeous when it is on!!! I loved your haul, Matthew! Thank you for showing it to us, and I’m sure we will hold you accountable for a low/no buy for awhile!
Funny you should mention fillin' groovy! I just tried it for the first a couple days ago. It was also my first time trying a KBShimmer polish and I was having a bit more trouble than usual. I wasn't sure if it was because of the polish or base coat. I had no idea that particular base coat needed extra drying time. Thanks for the tip! I don't have any MC, it doesn't tickle my fancy, but who doesn't love a good sale 🛍 I also need to lay low on polish purchasing after engaging in some retail therapy the last couple months 😅 Congrats on the new car tho!
Thanks! It’s a dream to drive! 🚗 Yeah I ran into the dry time issue because I’m used to ORLY Bonder base that is dry seconds. If you don’t let it fully dry it can also tug on the brush when you’re trying to lay the first coat of polish. A little patience plus a good audiobook or entertainment and a timer. ⏲️

Whoops!! I guess I should have explained I used a Mooncat sticker I cut down and applied to the plain black magnet they sent me. 😅😅😅
I got the idea from Kyle from Color Expressions and now I’m excited for Cosmic Cowboy! 🪐🤠
