Quite normal for any game company to do. Minor nerfs that arent immediately noticeable is better off shadow nerfed so they dont get backlash. That way they can keep ppl who main those characters in the game. And if its small adjustments, pro players who can feel the difference would just adapt to it. If they announce a nerf, there will be ppl who stop playing the game for that reason. So by weighing cost and benefit, shadow nerf is a great choice. But the cost doesnt include the backlash if the shadow nerf is found out.
Actually, most of your chips should have been a hit...Sculptor doesn't deserve this Shadow nerf (or whatever you call it). There are Characters that deserve a nerf, but Sculptor? Nowadays Survivors know how to kite against Sculptor and Sculptor isn't as strong as she once was..and then making it a Shadow nerf and not making it official is also a bit weird, because I think this nerf is an important thing for Sculptor players to know, Poor Sculptor 😔
