That is my "local" climb. Seems like you guys entered from the Prachin Buri side which is actually a very easy way up until the last 5km(ie Khao Keow). It is easy to push too hard initially due to the false sense of ease until you blow in the last 5km. Pacing is key and also gearing. The last 5km is best tackled with a compact and a 34/36 at the back assuming half decent fitness.
@@SamHoChannel wait till you do other Thai climbs, particularly in the north, where they just build roads straight up. This is "easy" by comparison. Ha!
Thai citizen pays 40-50 baht per person to enter national park unless you are 60+ than free. Car is 40-60 baht, bicycle free. BTW 30% gradient is not correct, at most it is about 20%.
Great you are back with more cycling videos.
Thanks bro.. 😂
i wish i would have had this
This looks like a great ride that I would love to do one day. Thanks for sharing!
You should.. very nice route to ride
Me too
Nice climb... but I don't know how I can get to the starting point with a bike from Bangkok, if I don't have a support car like you do🥲
You need to rent a car and go.. it’s 2.5hrs drive from bkk to khao yai

You are right.. didn’t expect the brutal one is at the last 5km.. 😅

Thanks for the clarifications. 20% should be resonable.
