I really enjoy the movie myself too even with its flaws but the pros outweigh the cons for me. Spoilers: As for the ending, Karen was always intended to die that way based from test screenings in early 2020 and the leaked script. The original ending was longer but trimmed down due to Halloween Ends’ time jump but we’re getting an extended cut with it on home release
I’m seeing a LOT of bitching and moaning from the fans…. And I get it. The Halloween films have always been decisive. But there were multiple moments during the movie that I got legitimate goosebumps. Man. I had a great time. I rank it above H18 for sure.
AGREED!! Omfg i was shaking when the dude jumped out of the window. absolutely terrifying. The flashbacks to the 70s and the mob scene at the end had me geeking as well. Still not sure where I would rank this one though 😟🎃🔪

I enjoyed the movie, but felt the trailer gave away too much; I would have been much more surprised with some of the kills had it not been shown in the trailer; I too was annoyed with Allyson hugging Cameron; I truly liked the park scene a lot and was relieved to see Lindsay escape unharmed; Also, your hair cut in this vid is hot af. We love your channel KJJ and all the time you take in making your videos. As for trolls, unfortunately that's pollution that comes with any form of a public platform; Haters gonna hate, potatoes gonna potate. Just keep doing you, and your fans (like me) appreciate you
I loved this movie! Enjoyed it even more on the second viewing. The flashback was AMAZING! Does it have some faults? Yes, but it gets an 8,5/10 from me.
I was disappointed, it was a complete tonal shift from 2018, the dialogue was awful, Anthony Michael Hall was unwatchable, the mob scenes were so cheesy and unrealistic to the extent of a doctor throwing someone down stairs and smashing a window with a fire extinguisher to get to a mental patient.. ugh.. Laurie’s lines were all the same thing said differently, it really wasn’t great and I’m ready for all the “you’re not a real fan if u didn’t like it” nonsense.. The 78 flashback was such a strong start and it lost its way unfortunately.. Hated the stereotypical gay characters, not believable in any way and thrown in for the token gay comedy aspect, the more i talk about it the less i enjoyed it.
Don’t feel alone, me too. I made a before and after watching the film video, and I still can’t believe that after three years of waiting, the outcome was disappointment

I will be seeing it tonight. The negative reviews only validates my forever insight that Halloween 1978 and Halloween 1981 is the franchise. Myers died in HMH in 🔥.
Not a fan of the 2018 film? I know a few people out there don’t like it because of how much explaining it tries to do but I think if you look past that it’s a pretty great entry in this franchise.

I read that David Gordon Green give an interview where he said that Halloween ends would take place in whatever year it came out.
It's the movie that people are eh at 1st but when the last one releases will be remembered more fondly. Neat

It just felt so unprecedented. Why couldn’t she have just died in the mob instead of getting killed in the Myers house? Sort of bizarre to me

I liked the movie until the ending. Wasn’t a huge fan of how it ended. That being said, looking forward to Halloween ends next year.

Agreed. This had a strong start and fell far short by the end. It felt formulaic unlike the first one.

Halloween 2018 was best sequel since Halloween ii now Halloween kills is out it made 50 million something like that Over the weekend.

The far fetched stuff is getting stupid now. The whole town is beating the sht out Michael then all of a sudden he gets up n kills everyone

The ending felt incredibly rushed, you extend that a little bit and it would’ve been one of my favorites in the franchise.
