Instead of talcum pwdr can v use wallputty or POP..

Yes you can use wall putty or white cement also.. but if you want to do fine work use talcum powder as it’s powder is more fine then white cement.
Secondly, cone made out of talcum powder don’t dry if not in use.. you can store it for several days and work whenever you want.. but it’s opposite with white cement or wall putty.

Marbal powder and fevicol ka cone banana bataye pl

Same process hai.. just add white cement and fevicol in proper proportion and make a fine paste . There should be no lumps. Fill it in the cone and you are done☺️
