I think it is so not rational to compare the city development of China with Malaysia. One of the reasons is, population, KL has only 1.8 million, comparing with 26 million in ShangHai. Is it fair to compare the two? Also, most of the buildings and facilities in China are paid by CCP, comparing with Malaysia, some are private, some are public. Hmm... Last but not least, can you really use facilities to dictate a city or country' development,I.e buildings and facilities in London, New York are so old. By this definition, they must be so lacking behind.
