Good morning Lisa, how are you doing? This is a meal that we cooked for our children every other week. They were (and still not) fans of mushrooms so to sneak some in on them I used the can of mushroom soup. By the time all the vegetables were added they were not able to see or taste the bits of mushrooms. The half n half was the only thing that I did not add. I am not sure why but I just never did. I am starting to meal plan for the week so I think that I will add this to this week plan. I have not cooked this in a while, thanks for the reminder, be blessed🙂💜.
