Thought I'd seen it all on tire changing-but never the side ways tire iron, and the rotor for leverage tricks. I'll be trying both of those next time around Thanks!!
Those tires still had a fair amount of life left in them, I love new tires and never run them till the knobs are almost gone but I definitely would run those tires awhile longer, that's a good way to build a good used tire inventory which is a great option for you to have available for customers on a limited budget.
Being an old guy I have a number of bike stands like that just shorter for low pipe race bikes, I have a few different versions that are adjustable for width and height. I enjoy seeing the odd stuff that comes into the shop, two different diameter forks on the same bike, wow that was different.
Good schlog. I like what you put out no matter what it is Morgan. The knowledge that you share with us whether it be on a specific bike or just repairs. Does a lot for a lot of us 🤘
Been changing my own sportbike tires and now dirtbike tires (new to dirtbikes) for years.....that bead breaking tip is going to come in handy....half the time I got to resort to a "C" clamp and fight with it.....just changed front and rears two weeks ago on my dirtbike but next time I do this tip you gave will come in handy......thanks.
I was never a big fan of wd40 on rubber as I found it dried it out and cracked it. But I was using it on plug wires on older vehicles in emergency situations not tires.
I was going to prematurely ask about the stand. Its cool! Shipping is allegedly what makes selling bulky stuff like that unprofitable. Still a cool learn to weld project.
Hey! I love the Shlog and always learn something new, I'm wondering if it is worth waterproofing under the seat around the ecu, and battery to keep the dust and dirt out because its a pain in the ass to clean. Thanks!
If you want to experience the full range of human emotions, including struggle, confusion, anger, despair then relief and elation. Install a risemousse front mousse. Done motoz and nitromousse installs before and they were easy compared to this one
I like the shlogs! Since you mentioned single spring got me thinking. What’s your opinion / experience with the single spring conversion for WP AER forks? Race tech and WP are what I’ve been looking at.
love your channel. But just watched you change tire with tire changing system behind you....? was that just to show folks the basics? thanks for the SHLOG!
Great trick with the WD 👍

Awesome
Shlog's are my favorite part of your channel
Been a while! 99% of us will never buy a beta and personally it disinterests me.
Love this kind of video. I love you Morgan. ❤
I've found lubrication helps me get the valve into the home. Lubrication is your friend.😅
Bro, the Shlog is the best. Honestly i like the fact that on this one you filmed the whole project/tire change. It's like slow TV
love what you do! 48/49mm forks, wow!
Hahaha I know
Thanks for taking us along with you today.... Those stands are pretty sweet and if the price was right I'd down for one!!🤘🤘🤘💯
You bet

I've built a few of this type stands. Carry one in my trailer cause it takes up almost no space.
Good schlog.

You should watch more Jay tire installs.😉👍🏻
🤣
Nice 2017 tx300 !
Thanks for sharing another Shlog! I like your valve stem trick at 10:00 I'm going to try that next time.

Great video! Got to love those unknown mods. Reminds me of gun repair.
I keep hoping for more vintage Penton restoration, but I expect the parts situation is 'interesting'.
Yes
Хороший подъёмник,попробую сам себе сварить такой.
👍😎
That stand is the bees knees

It would be good but I’m not sure how you could really do it

Nice one Morgan and cheer up👍👍
I like the shlogs!

Not my favorite. It’s ok but doesn’t really do all that much. Does increase reliability but performance, not a ton
love your channel. But just watched you change tire with tire changing system behind you....? was that just to show folks the basics? thanks for the SHLOG!
Hahaha. I actually like the old school for tubes better than the mousse style stand
@@highlandcycles I figured you had a reason. Keep up the great work, love the channel hope you and your family have a great easter holiday
So why aren’t you using the Neutron tire changer in the background? Seems like it’d be a whole lot easier
It’s funny! When I’m doing tubes I like the taller one. When I’m doing mousses I like the neutron. I can’t explain it. It’s an odd thing honestly
🤩🤘
Been ages man 😩
I know 😢
Why is your thumb bent?
There is a vid on that. Big crash.
So don't buy a kawasaki got it 👍🤘🤘🤘🤘
