If drug sample in container absorbs light , then can container also absorbs some light ?? If yess..! So how can we determine exact amount of drug sample ??

In these types of analysis the container or the sample holder used is made up of inert Material like cuvettes are made up of quartz .
They cannot absorb light. We usually chose sample cell which is inert
