I believe the owner (or someone who works for Gerard cosmetics, not sure how but she's one of the main people), made a remark about another youtubers looks on Mannymua snapchat. The youtuber did a bad review on some of their lipsticks. Jaclyn didn't want to be affiliated with any company that would put someone down like that. I believe the Gerard cosmetics lady had said that she was the ugliest girl she had ever seen (the youtuber with the bad review). Something a long those lines. Sorry if this is confusing. Lol
She briefly mentioned it on snapchat quite a while ago. She basically just said she cut ties with them because she didn't agree with certain things they did. Very vague but that's the info she shared. (It's been a while so it's not an exact quote.) Hope it helps.

hi Jaclyn! a couple videos ago, I told you that I'm having a heart transplant soon, and I'm actually in the hospital now, they are introducing a medicine to my body called melrenone which will keep my heart at its best until I get my new heart, they are doing some tests too, like measuring and things like that, I am being listed tomorrow and I will be on the top of the list! Ok so I've just noticed you pulling back from social media a lot. I used to get my Jaclyn fix by watching your snapchat, but you've seemed to have taken a break. Which is totally good and I'm supportive of whatever you need to do to do you boo. But. I feel like maybe it's because you've been receiving some heavy hate lately. It's not right, it's not merited, and it's not okay. You're real subscribers see it too. I'm so scared all the time that you're going to up and quit TH-cam because of how crazy people get in the comment section. Whether it's us defending you or people talking meanly to you. I honestly think you should disable the comment section. There are other ways for subscribers to give you feedback. I love you and obviously I don't want to see the comment section go away because I love reading other people's suggestions and just seeing other subscribers that love you and support you like I do. But you can only take so much. As a concerned subscriber, I don't want you to have to deal with it. It literally gives me anxiety every time you upload a video or say something on snapchat because there's no telling what crazy things people will choose to hate about you. i just honestly miss you being more open with us and you getting to chat with us. You don't get to do that anymore. And again I hope it's because you're busy and not because you're avoiding hate. But if it is. Jaclyn you should try out the Tom Ford Lipstick in the shade Eric! It is part of there "boy" collection (I'm not exactly sure what it's called) but I've honestly never seen a color quite like it! I love it so much it is amazingly formulated and even though it's s bit pricy ($35 for a lipstick) it is 100% percent worth it!!!

I believe the owner (or someone who works for Gerard cosmetics, not sure how but she's one of the main people), made a remark about another youtubers looks on Mannymua snapchat. The youtuber did a bad review on some of their lipsticks. Jaclyn didn't want to be affiliated with any company that would put someone down like that. I believe the Gerard cosmetics lady had said that she was the ugliest girl she had ever seen (the youtuber with the bad review). Something a long those lines. Sorry if this is confusing. Lol
She briefly mentioned it on snapchat quite a while ago. She basically just said she cut ties with them because she didn't agree with certain things they did. Very vague but that's the info she shared. (It's been a while so it's not an exact quote.) Hope it helps.

hi Jaclyn! a couple videos ago, I told you that I'm having a heart transplant soon, and I'm actually in the hospital now, they are introducing a medicine to my body called melrenone which will keep my heart at its best until I get my new heart, they are doing some tests too, like measuring and things like that, I am being listed tomorrow and I will be on the top of the list! I hope I get a heart quick, I am praying for the family that will have to lose a loved one in order for me to live! just wanted to give you an update! your videos have helped keep me sane through everything! ilysm!

Ok so I've just noticed you pulling back from social media a lot. I used to get my Jaclyn fix by watching your snapchat, but you've seemed to have taken a break. Which is totally good and I'm supportive of whatever you need to do to do you boo. But. I feel like maybe it's because you've been receiving some heavy hate lately. It's not right, it's not merited, and it's not okay. You're real subscribers see it too. I'm so scared all the time that you're going to up and quit TH-cam because of how crazy people get in the comment section. Whether it's us defending you or people talking meanly to you. I honestly think you should disable the comment section. There are other ways for subscribers to give you feedback. I love you and obviously I don't want to see the comment section go away because I love reading other people's suggestions and just seeing other subscribers that love you and support you like I do. But you can only take so much. As a concerned subscriber, I don't want you to have to deal with it. It literally gives me anxiety every time you upload a video or say something on snapchat because there's no telling what crazy things people will choose to hate about you. i just honestly miss you being more open with us and you getting to chat with us. You don't get to do that anymore. And again I hope it's because you're busy and not because you're avoiding hate. But if it is. I'm scared that you don't feel safe here on TH-cam anymore and that terrifies me because I don't want to lose my favorite day one TH-camr! Jaclyn you should try out the Tom Ford Lipstick in the shade Eric! It is part of there "boy" collection (I'm not exactly sure what it's called) but I've honestly never seen a color quite like it! I love it so much it is amazingly formulated and even though it's s bit pricy ($35 for a lipstick) it is 100% percent worth it!!!
