I really hope people are still enjoying this song as much as I did 6 years ago. I find myself coming back to this song just to reminisce the times and to remember just how amazing i felt when i heard this song.
Arkana my favorite for 2 years already, so much bangers (all tracks are top notch honestly)
I listen to it on Spotify now, but I always come back to this stuff. The nostalgia level is now off the charts for this entire release

This track gives me a really weird welling up of emotions - I picture a "club at the end of the world", where people spend their last hours on a planet about to be engulfed by a cataclysmic event. Think of tron, but with more black, through orange and red instead of electric blue.
Eh, I can't even come close to adequately describing it.
That's such a sick description of this track.
I've started playing Elite: Dangerous while listening to Arkana, and it works so well.
Jumping out of Frame Shift in front of all manner of living and dead stars, exploring and trying to survive, the music takes the game to new heights of immersion for me.

This is a masterpiece. The sounds aren't something to listen to, it's something to feel, you feel ominous and excited with a little tad of hype. This song takes you to places you've never even dreamed about. Good damn job Arkana

Arkana does some cool shit with the sound but the entire riff is from a base solo on metallicas first album 'Kill Em All' (their best album imo).
@@SpellsOfTruth yeah, i can definitely hear it, but if this is the case of inspiration then they did a damn good job using the sound and turning it into this!
@@SpellsOfTruth it's just arpeggiated triads on a distorted sound. that's a pretty basic combo, so I'd say it could well be a coincidence. there is a hell of a lot of music in the world and only so many combinations of things that sound good together, so people end of inadvertently "stealing" ideas of each other, weather or not they have ever even heard the original.

I picture a small city, with a few big buildings, taking place in the modern era, with orange sky and crows sitting on buildings looking with their back turnt to the sun, and in all of the modern stuff that there is, there is a broken building, with green vines, that reminds of memories, and announces that everything is going to look like that building sooner than ever..
I heard this song in a ShaDowBurn vid and now i just heard all of your songs, you're really good mate, keep going with this awesome work

this is amazing.
I imagine... people looking at a HUGE piece of land above us, upside down... And then a light suddenly comes Right through the land and the ground starts shaking... There is a blackout, no signal no connection throughout the whole city with the outside... something falls and creates a huge massive hole, and then it grows second by second, and then, it erupts. Monsters come out of it and start to grab people and take them inside, where they recreate the people into monsters. We graphics our best things we could find, and start fighting for our lives... someone very close to you or me dies, and then we unleash a special power and then start to go crazy killing the monsters... time stops and rewinds back to the beginning of the day, with no land, and it seemed as if nothing had happened...

@@LillanTism That sounds absolutely epic! I am reading the third book right now. Robert Jordan was a phenomenal author. There is excellent foreshadowing, worldbuilding, and wonder woven into his books. The callback at the end of "The Great Hunt" just about gave me chills.
